CowPro Troubleshooting – Quick Help for Common Issues

Most issues can be fixed in just a few steps. Use this guide before contacting support.
Common Issues & Solutions:
  • Login Issues
    • Ensure you are entering the correct email and password.
    • If you forgot your password, use the “Forgot Password” option to reset.
    • Clear browser cache/cookies if the login page keeps reloading.
    • Check your internet connection.
  • Signup Issues
    • Verify all fields (Farm Name, Email, Full Name, Contact Number, Location, Password) are filled correctly.
    • Use a valid email address to receive activation/verification emails.
    • If you didn’t receive the verification email, check your Spam/Junk folder.
  • Records Not Adding
    • Ensure all required fields are filled (e.g., Animal ID, Milk Record, Health Event).
    • Check that you have the correct role permissions (Staff may not have full access).
    • Refresh the page after saving a record to confirm it was added.
    • If issue persists, log out and log back in.
  • Inaccurate Data
    • Sometimes data may not sync properly due to internet interruption.
    • Step 1: Refresh the dashboard/page.
    • Step 2: Verify entries (check if wrong values were saved by mistake).
    • Step 3: If still incorrect, delete and re-enter the record.
    • For persistent issues, contact support with the record details.
  • Slow Loading or App Freezing
    • Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
    • Try logging out and back in.
    • Clear browser cache or hard reload.
